STEP 1

Break the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. Place the container with the whites in the refrigerator. Grind the yolks with salt and sugar. Then pour in the milk. Add wheat flour. Beat all ingredients with a mixer. Melt the butter over low heat. Pour the heated butter into the dough, add slaked soda and vinegar and beat again. Remove the container with egg whites from the refrigerator. Beat the whites into a strong foam, transfer to a container with dough and mix gently.
STEP 2

Heat a frying pan and melt a piece of butter on it (only for the first pancake). When the pan is hot enough, start frying the pancakes (parts for the bear cub). For one serving of pancake bear, you need to fry two small round pancakes, three small circles (ears and tail), four oblong small ovals (bear's paws).
STEP 3

When all the parts of the bear cubs are fried, take plates (it is better to take plates of a single color), on each of which put parts of the bears (muzzles, torsos, paws, ears and tails) and assemble the bear cubs from them.
STEP 4

Melt the chocolate pieces in a steam bath. Use sunflower seeds (in chocolate glaze) to make eyes for the bear cubs. Use melted chocolate and a toothpick to decorate the faces.
STEP 5

Place mint leaves on plates, decorate with marmalade in the form of raspberries and blackberries, sprinkle berries and mint leaves with powdered sugar on top. The recipe for pancake dough is classic (only the amount of flour is larger), so you can serve completely different additives, for example, condensed milk, sour cream or jam. In the summer season, it is better to use fresh berries when preparing dishes.
