    How to make chicken meatballs in the oven in cream sauce? Start by preparing the required ingredients according to the list. For meatballs, lean meat from the breast is used, but you can use meat from the thighs. You can replace the chicken with turkey.

    Cut off the crusts from white bread, pour milk over the crumb and leave to swell, then squeeze out.

    Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into medium pieces.

    Grind the chicken in a blender or mince it a couple of times. You can use ready-made store-bought minced meat, this will save time.

    Finely chop the onion. You can add onions to the minced meat fresh or fried. I added it fresh.

    In a bowl, combine minced chicken, onion and bread soaked in milk. Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands. Add the garlic cloves passed through the press, salt, pepper and knead again until smooth.

    While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cream sauce. You can use cream of any fat content. I have 20%. I used processed cream cheese, without additives. You can replace the processed cheese with regular Russian cheese or any other cheese you like. Hard cheese needs to be grated.

    Combine cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Stir until smooth. I beat everything with an immersion blender. If necessary, lightly salt the mixture.

Wonderful recipe! Relatives rated it 5! The granddaughter immediately said “delicious” and immediately ate 2 meatballs. My husband also really liked it. For chicken meatballs in the oven in creamy sauce, I took half the amount of ingredients specified in the recipe. From this amount I got 9 meatballs, enough for both lunch and dinner. For minced meat I took chicken breast. I did not add garlic and pepper to make the meatballs more tender. For the sauce, instead of cream I took full-fat milk, instead of processed cheese - 60 g of hard cheese. I grated it on a fine grater, added it to the milk, and beat it with a blender. I cooked the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°. Then I poured the sauce over them and baked them for another 20 minutes at 220° (my oven bakes better at this temperature). The meatballs turned out very tasty, tender and light. I advise everyone to prepare this wonderful dish.
