    Beat the eggs into a deep bowl. Add salt, soda and flour. Pour in the milk.

    Beat everything with a mixer until smooth. If you don't have a mixer, mix the ingredients thoroughly with a regular hand whisk.

    Pour grated cheese into the egg-milk mixture. You can also add your favorite seasonings and chopped herbs at this stage.

Today I cooked an omelette with cheese in the oven for breakfast. The recipe is simple and straightforward, baking does not take much time. I took homemade eggs with a bright yolk and the omelet also turned out bright yellow. My cheese is Kostroma, it’s tasty and melts well. I placed the omelette mass in a glass dish with a diameter of 15 cm. I baked it for 25 minutes at 180°. The omelette rose well, became fluffy, porous with a golden brown crust! It seems to me that an omelette is more like a cheese pie). Very tasty and filling, smells nice of cheese!
