STEP 1
Products for omelet.
STEP 2
Break eggs into a bowl, pour in milk, add salt and flour. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan (d18-20 cm) over medium heat and grease with vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with a lid.
STEP 5
Prepare the filling: cut the sausage or ham into strips, cheese into slices.
STEP 6
Finely chop the greens (parsley, dill)
STEP 7
During this time, the lower part of our omelette was already fried. There should be no batter on top.

Using a wide spatula, carefully turn the omelette over. And turn down the fire.
STEP 9
Place sausage on half of the omelet and squeeze out mayonnaise and ketchup.
STEP 10
Sprinkle with herbs.
STEP 11
Spread the cheese.
STEP 12
Using a spatula, carefully cover the filling with the free part of the omelette.
STEP 13
Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the heat. Let stand for 3 minutes.
STEP 14
Transfer the omelet to a plate and start breakfast.
