    How to make a hearty omelette - a quick breakfast? Prepare your food. This amount of ingredients is for one serving. Any sausages are suitable - boiled, smoked sausages, ham, sausages. Also choose greens according to taste or availability.

    Wash the eggs well and beat them into a bowl. Add milk, flour, salt to taste and season with spices (I only took ground black pepper).

    Using a whisk or mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth and fluffy.

    For the filling, cut the sausage (I used sausages). The cutting method can be any - strips, pieces, plates.

    Also cut the cheese. I cut it into thin slices. You can grate it on a coarse grater or use ready-made slices. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

    Wash and dry the greens. Chop it finely with a knife. I took parsley.

    Place a frying pan on the stove over low heat. I advise you to fry only one portion at a time in one pan - you won’t be able to turn the omelette too large. Accordingly, choose a frying pan with a small diameter - 17-18 cm. For several servings, it is better to use a couple of frying pans or fry them one after another. Pour some oil into the pan and spread it. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.

    Cover the pan with a lid. Fry the omelette on one side until the bottom is browned and the top is dry.

    Using a wide spatula, carefully turn the omelette over. It is very delicate and can tear, but this is not a problem, then it can be shaped back. Place pieces of sausage and cheese on one half, spoon ketchup in between them. You can also use mayonnaise along with ketchup. Sprinkle the filling with chopped herbs.

Actually, I got this omelet the second time. The first time I forgot to add flour and the “pancake” tore into small pieces) The next time I read more carefully so as not to miss anything) I was surprised that the omelette in the pan rose very much, because I didn’t add any soda or baking powder. He turned over without any problems. I put melted cheese in slices into the filling; it took a little longer to melt, but it turned out delicious too. I also took sausages and green onions. From the sauces, I added homemade ketchup inside, and decorated the finished omelette with mayonnaise. The omelet turned out very tasty, filling and tender. And the beautiful shape and filling are pleasing to the eye) Excellent recipe, I recommend it!

I made an omelette using this recipe. I took chicken sausage, marble cheese, fresh parsley. I cut up the ingredients for the filling. Beat eggs with milk and flour. Fried the egg pancake. I turned it over with two spatulas and it still tore. The omelette is very tender. But I folded it in a frying pan, laid out the filling and covered it with the whole part of the omelette. Cooked with the lid on so the cheese melted. When serving, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and herbs.
