Omelet a hearty quick breakfast

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a hearty omelette - a quick breakfast? Prepare your food. This amount of ingredients is for one serving. Any sausages are suitable - boiled, smoked sausages, ham, sausages. Also choose greens according to taste or availability.
STEP 2

Wash the eggs well and beat them into a bowl. Add milk, flour, salt to taste and season with spices (I only took ground black pepper).
STEP 3

Using a whisk or mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
STEP 4

For the filling, cut the sausage (I used sausages). The cutting method can be any - strips, pieces, plates.
STEP 5

Also cut the cheese. I cut it into thin slices. You can grate it on a coarse grater or use ready-made slices. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 6

Wash and dry the greens. Chop it finely with a knife. I took parsley.
STEP 7

Place a frying pan on the stove over low heat. I advise you to fry only one portion at a time in one pan - you won’t be able to turn the omelette too large. Accordingly, choose a frying pan with a small diameter - 17-18 cm. For several servings, it is better to use a couple of frying pans or fry them one after another. Pour some oil into the pan and spread it. Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan.
STEP 8

Cover the pan with a lid. Fry the omelette on one side until the bottom is browned and the top is dry.
STEP 9

Using a wide spatula, carefully turn the omelette over. It is very delicate and can tear, but this is not a problem, then it can be shaped back. Place pieces of sausage and cheese on one half, spoon ketchup in between them. You can also use mayonnaise along with ketchup. Sprinkle the filling with chopped herbs.
STEP 10

Let the omelette sit until the other side is browned, then carefully fold it over to cover the filling. It would be nice to leave a small part open so that the filling looks appetizing.
STEP 11

Cover the pan with a lid and fry the omelet for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
STEP 12

As soon as this happens, immediately serve the omelette to the table. You can additionally serve it with fresh vegetables and bread. Bon appetit!
