Okroshka with radish and cucumber on kefir

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare delicious okroshka with kefir according to a proprietary recipe, we prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Cut one large cucumber into small cubes and place in a suitable deep bowl.
STEP 3
Cut six radishes into random small cubes and place them in a bowl with the cucumber.
STEP 4
Squeeze two cloves of garlic through a press and add to a bowl with salt to your taste.
STEP 5
Grind the garlic with salt using a spoon, making sure that the salt is well absorbed into the garlic.
STEP 6
Chop four boiled chicken eggs quite finely and place them in a suitable plate, then add salted garlic to the eggs on the plate.
STEP 7
Mix the garlic and chicken eggs well and place in a bowl with vegetables.
STEP 8
Cut three hundred grams of boiled beef into fairly small cubes.
STEP 9
Place the chopped beef in a common bowl.
STEP 10
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well together.
STEP 11
Place the required amount of prepared “ground” into portioned plates.
STEP 12
Pour the “thickness” in the plate with the required amount of kefir.
STEP 13
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, parsley and dill to taste.
STEP 14
Mix all the ingredients in a plate and the summer okroshka for lunch is ready to eat.
