STEP 1
REQUIRED PRODUCTS: beef, maybe veal
STEP 2
PREPARATION: Rinse beef or a piece of young veal well under running water, put the piece of meat in a pan, fill it with water, add bay leaf and allspice to the pan. Place the pan with the meat on the fire and cook until the beef is done, about 45 minutes.
STEP 3
Cool the meat a little and then cut it into strips.
STEP 4
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.
STEP 5
Cut the onion into strips.
STEP 6
Fry onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
STEP 7
Hard-boil chicken eggs and cool. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Grate the egg yolks on a fine grater.

Grate the egg whites on a fine grater.
STEP 9
Place beef and pickles cut into strips into a deep salad bowl, add onions fried in vegetable oil, finely grated egg yolks, and Korean carrots. If desired, Korean carrots can also be cut to the length of the other products cut into strips. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Mix everything well and carefully.

Add mayonnaise to the salad and mix everything again.
