    Pre-prepare the broth. I like chicken better. Can be beef or cubed. Clean and wash all ingredients.

    Fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan without oil for 10 minutes so that the water evaporates.

    While they are roasting, cut the potatoes into large cubes.

    Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    When ten minutes have passed after frying the mushrooms, add vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes until a small crust forms.
