Mushroom soup from kids

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Pre-prepare the broth. I like chicken better. Can be beef or cubed. Clean and wash all ingredients.
STEP 2

Fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan without oil for 10 minutes so that the water evaporates.
STEP 3

While they are roasting, cut the potatoes into large cubes.
STEP 4

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

When ten minutes have passed after frying the mushrooms, add vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes until a small crust forms.
STEP 6

Bring the finished broth to a boil. Add potatoes and fried mushrooms to it.
STEP 7

While the potatoes are cooking, simmer the carrots and onions in a frying pan under the fried mushrooms. Simmer until done.
STEP 8

After the potatoes are cooked, add the onions, carrots, pepper and salt to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes.
STEP 9

Best served with green onions and sour cream. Bon appetit!
