STEP 1

How to make Mushroom Glade salad with champignons? Prepare the necessary products. Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil until tender. Then clean. Wash the eggs, boil and peel the shells. Drain the liquid from the marinated champignons. It is advisable to take small mushrooms, especially if you don’t want to bother with cutting larger ones. Any greens will suit your taste. I have dill and green onions. Also choose the ham that suits you, I used chicken.

Start assembling the salad. Take suitable utensils. I have a small diameter springform pan. Place the champignons on the bottom of the pan, caps down. Keep in mind that what is on the bottom will be on top in a decorated salad. So try to place the mushrooms close to each other.

Finely chop the washed and dried greens.
STEP 4

Cover the marinated champignons with chopped herbs and even out the layer.
STEP 5

Apply mayonnaise mesh to the green layer. You can use any mayonnaise to suit your taste. I have a home one.

Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes. The fastest way to do this is with a mesh like this. But if you don’t have one, a simple knife and cutting board will do)

Place the crushed eggs into the mold and level the layer. You can press it lightly with a fork so that the salad does not fall apart when we turn it over. Lightly salt this layer.

Apply mayonnaise to the egg layer.

The next layer is hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater. You can use any type of cheese that you usually use for salads.

Place a layer of grated cheese in the pan. Tamp it down lightly, being careful not to overdo it.

Also coat the cheese layer with mayonnaise.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Place a layer of sliced ham in the pan. Compact it without strong pressure.

Cover the ham with a mesh of mayonnaise.

The final layers are vegetables. Grate the boiled carrots on a coarse grater, like cheese.

Place grated boiled carrots into the pan. Tamp it down. Add a little salt.

Apply mayonnaise to carrots.

Grate the boiled potatoes on a coarse grater.

Place the potato layer on top of the carrot layer. Lightly salt the potatoes too. And again, carefully compact the entire salad so that it is dense. If there is still some mayonnaise left, you can grease the potatoes with it.

Now you need to turn the salad over so that the mushroom patch is on top. Cover the salad dish with a flat dish.
