When I saw this recipe for Moscow classic salad with smoked sausage, memories of my Soviet youth came flooding back. The decision to cook it was made immediately. I quickly boiled the vegetables, opened a jar of homemade crispy cucumbers, the peas were in the refrigerator. I just don’t remember whether there were onions in that salad or not. But the author does not have a recipe for onions, I made it as in the recipe. It turned out to be such a soulful salad, cozy and homey. Hearty for winter. Thanks for reminding me of this wonderful recipe!
