Mini sandwiches for breakfast

They are delicious with any meat meal, and they are also excellent simply with potatoes or wheat porridge. But on a commuter train, they once told me a wonderful recipe that I cook in the summer every time I pickle tomatoes. This recipe is also good because you can replace the tomatoes with red, fresh ones, put cucumbers (pickled, salted or fresh) instead, that is, change the recipe, adjust it to suit yourself and the season. With morning tea, breakfast sandwiches go great.

By the way, I fermented the tomatoes especially for this recipe! I must say, it turned out to be a very valuable product, now we eat everything with them))))
