At the same time, the entire mass of minced meat will become denser and it will behave better in the roll, without falling apart during cooking.

I often buy minced meat, but I always cook the same thing - cutlets, meatballs, meatballs. I decided to add some variety and the recipe for this roll caught my eye. It was not difficult to cook, everything was clear and simple. I let the roll brown by opening the foil and leaving it in the oven for an additional 10 minutes. It turned out very juicy and tasty.
