How to make minced meat with an egg in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare the dish, you can use minced meat from any meat - pork, beef or chicken. You can also use mixed minced meat from different types.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent.
STEP 3

Then add the prepared minced meat and mix it with the onion. Fry everything together for about 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle the minced meat with salt and spices. Choose spices to your taste. I added some ground pepper and paprika. The minced meat should completely change color and begin to brown.
STEP 4

In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk. I added some more spices to the eggs. Mix everything. It is convenient to use a whisk for mixing.
STEP 5

Pour the egg mixture over the fried minced meat. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until done. It will take 5-8 minutes to cook.
STEP 6

During cooking, the egg top will bake and become dry. Minced meat with egg is ready! Remove the pan from the heat, place on plates and serve hot.
