I planned to cook minced meat with egg in a frying pan for breakfast in the evening. I just had the right piece of meat (about 400 grams). But the problem is that I didn’t think at all about making minced meat out of it the night before. Since I cooked early in the morning, when everyone was still asleep, I did not turn on the noisy meat grinder. I decided to get out of the situation by simply chopping the meat very finely. Not stuffing, of course, but still. I did all the other steps according to the recipe. Prepared for four servings. It turned out great. Simple and delicious. With minced meat, of course, it would have been much juicier. The family was happy. Still, an omelette with meat is much more satisfying than with sausage. Julia, thank you very much for the recipe!

I made minced meat with eggs in a frying pan according to this recipe. I used home bought minced meat. I fried the onion, added the minced meat to the pan, added salt and fried everything together. She scrambled the eggs with milk. I poured the egg-milk mixture over the minced meat with onions and cooked the dish, covered, over low heat until the eggs were ready. Top with freshly ground black pepper and sprinkled with green onions. It turned out very tasty. I served scrambled eggs with minced meat right in the frying pan, as I made one serving for breakfast for my husband. He said it was tasty and filling. An excellent quick meal. The scrambled eggs turned out appetizing and aromatic. A real boost of energy for the whole day. Good recipe. Thanks to the author!
