    STEP 2

Mix the minced meat, adding the onion chopped in a blender, as well as pepper and salt to taste. Add one raw egg to the mixture. Divide into 4 equal parts.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Break one egg into a bowl, beat it lightly. Pour into a completely flat plate.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Roll out one part of the minced meat thinly on a board sprinkled with flour, according to the diameter of the frying pan in which the brizol will be cooked. Tip! The minced meat can also be rolled out between cling film - this way it does not stick to the rolling pin and is more convenient to transfer to a plate.

    STEP 5

Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Transfer the minced meat cake to a plate with the egg and place it carefully on top of it. Then carefully move everything from the plate onto a hot frying pan so that the egg is at the bottom and the minced meat is on top.

After the egg base is browned, turn the brizol over and fry until cooked.

    Bon appetit, friends!
