    STEP 1

How to make minced meat balls with gravy in a frying pan? Start by preparing the ingredients according to the list. You can make minced meat for meatballs from any meat and its combinations. I have chicken fillet and pork pulp.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the crusts off the loaf. Pour milk over the bread and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the pork and chicken, dry and cut into medium pieces. Peel the onion and garlic. If you have a meat grinder, pass both types of meat, the onion and the bread and garlic soaked in milk through it. Then add spices and knead the minced meat into a homogeneous mixture.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

If you don't have a meat grinder, cut the onion into small cubes.

    STEP 5

Place the onion and chopped chicken and pork in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Transfer the resulting mixed minced meat into a bowl. Add bread soaked in milk and garlic passed through a press. Salt, pepper and knead thoroughly until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Form the minced meat into 10-12 even round balls and bread on all sides in flour and shake off the excess.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the meatballs and fry on both sides until golden brown.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Now prepare the ingredients for the gravy. You can replace canned tomatoes in their own juice with tomato paste diluted in water, ketchup or fresh crushed tomatoes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Wash the carrots in running water with a brush and grate on a coarse grater.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions and carrots on medium until soft.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    Add flour and stir.

  14. STEP 14

I made some very tasty meatballs today, dinner with them turned out wonderful! I made them from homemade minced pork. My pork was soft - carbonate, so I did not add chicken to the minced meat. Grind the meat, onions and bread soaked in milk in a blender to make the minced meat tender. I didn't add garlic. Having formed the balls, rolled them in flour and fried them until golden brown on each side. I stewed minced meatballs with gravy in a frying pan. I made the gravy from fried onions and carrots with tomato paste diluted in water (I used it instead of tomatoes in its own juice). I also added bay leaf to the gravy for flavor and a little flour. It turned out very tasty! The meatballs were stewed until soft. Their consistency is homogeneous, tender, juicy. The taste is excellent! I liked it very much! And my husband asked for more. I recommend this wonderful recipe to everyone! Thank you so much!
