I wanted to prepare something for tea and at the same time have an interesting time with the children. For this I chose a recipe for cookies in the microwave in 5 minutes. The children prepared the cookies themselves; I only supervised the process. We had 80 grams of margarine left, which we used for the dough (made for 8 servings). The eggs were added to the CO category, so that, accordingly, more flour was used (6 tablespoons). The dough is very soft and tender. We got 16 cookies. No filler was used. The cookies were baked directly on a microwave dish covered with parchment at a power of 800 W. The first time we checked the cookies after three minutes, then after 1.5 minutes. When 5 minutes were up, it seemed to me that the cookies were too soft, and I turned on the microwave at the same power for another half a minute. We baked the second batch of cookies for exactly 5 minutes at 800 W. In the first batch of cookies, the additional 30 seconds turned out to be unnecessary: ​​some of the cookies turned out to be dry inside. This did not happen with the cookies from the second batch. The cookies turned out not very sweet, not soft, but not hard either. The taste of soda is not noticeable. The cookies are crumbly, but do not crumble. The cookies are not golden brown, but tasty. It turned out delicious. But for the amount of ingredients designed for 6 servings, we only got 4 medium-sized cookies. I think next time I'll drizzle them with honey/chocolate to make them glazed. Thanks for the recipe!

Late in the evening, my son wanted something sweet, but there was no sweets at home. Of course we decided to do it ourselves. I needed a recipe “that would be very quick and tasty” because time was limited. We found this recipe. And even in the microwave! To be honest, I didn’t really count on success, because I had never cooked this way. Made with regular butter. As usual, I add everything, my son kneads the dough. It took us max. 10 min. We even found a small piece of dark chocolate, crushed it into small pieces and added it to the dough. We put it in the microwave and started waiting. Exactly 5 min. we needed it for cooking. Of course, when I took the cookies out of the microwave, I immediately started trying them; they were very hot, but to my surprise, they were very tasty. The cookies turned out crumbly, soft, easy to bite - you won’t break your teeth, that’s for sure. They are moderately sweet, and chocolate gives them an interesting rich taste. My husband also appreciated the cookies, so I had to make them a second time. Overall I recommend the recipe 100%
