STEP 1
How to make cookies in the microwave in 5 minutes? Prepare all ingredients. Take the highest grade flour. Bitter chocolate, which has the highest cocoa content, is suitable. I have 90%. Egg C2. If you plan to use vanilla sugar instead of vanillin, use 10 times more than the specified amount. Personally, I often use margarine to make cookies. With creamy good margarine, the cookies turn out more crumbly, and it is also cheaper.
STEP 2
Melt the butter. This can be done in the microwave on the appropriate setting, over low heat in a saucepan or in a water bath. To melt the butter in a water bath, take two containers of different diameters. Pour water into the larger one, place the smaller one on top so that its bottom sinks halfway into the water. Place pieces of butter into it. When the water boils, it will begin to melt. When it is completely melted, remove from heat.
STEP 3
Cool the melted butter completely and pour it into a deep bowl that is convenient for mixing liquid and dry ingredients. Wash the egg with soap, dry it with a towel or napkin and break it into a bowl. Add vanilla and beat with a whisk or just a fork. There is no need to whip until foam appears.
STEP 4
Add sugar, salt and soda. Adding salt improves the taste of the cookies and makes beating the eggs easier. With the amount of sugar specified in the recipe, the cookies are not too sweet. If you like your baked goods sweeter, add 3 tablespoons of sugar instead of 2. Beat until smooth and sugar dissolved.
STEP 5
Sift the flour to remove small debris and oxygenate the dough. Pour the liquid component of the dough into half the flour. Add the liquid part to the dry part, and not vice versa, to ensure a successful dough. STEP 6
When it is difficult to knead with a spoon, start doing it with your hands. The dough should become soft, very tender, but not stick to your hands.
STEP 7
Chop the chocolate into small pieces using a knife.
STEP 8
Add the chopped chocolate to the dough and knead thoroughly.
STEP 9
The chocolate should spread evenly throughout the dough.
STEP 10
Divide the dough into 6 or 8 equal pieces and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball to make a cookie. To prepare the cookies, use a microwave-safe container. Place cookies on it, you can cover it with parchment. I put it in my microwave for 5 minutes at 800 watts. STEP 11
Cooking time and power may vary up or down depending on the features of your microwave. Therefore, start checking readiness by appearance after the third minute. You may have to stand and watch the cookies the first time to get an idea of how long it takes to cook in your technique. The finished cookies will rise a little and the surface will turn from glossy to matte.
