STEP 1
How to make meatballs with rice in tomato sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Twist the minced meat yourself or take ready-made cabbage, choose white cabbage. Take category C1 eggs or choose one large one, boil the rice in advance until half cooked. If you are preparing meatballs for a children's table, add minimal salt, and you don't have to use ground pepper at all.
STEP 2
First make tomato sauce, to do this, peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife or grate it.
STEP 3
Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat it, then add chopped onion and simmer over low heat until transparent.

Wash and peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater.
STEP 5
Finely chop the washed and peeled fresh tomatoes with a knife or chop in a blender.
STEP 6
Add carrots and tomatoes to the onions, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Peel and rinse bell peppers, then finely chop.
STEP 8
Place the chopped pepper in the pan and continue to simmer over low heat.
STEP 9
Dilute the tomato sauce with hot water (about 100 ml), leaving room in the pan for the meatballs, add salt and pepper.

For minced meat, peel and chop the garlic, grate the cabbage. Adding cabbage to the minced meat will make the meatballs more juicy and tender.
STEP 11
Place boiled rice, cabbage and garlic in a bowl with the minced meat, beat in the eggs and add salt and pepper.
STEP 12
Mix the minced meat well with a spoon or your hands until smooth.
STEP 13
With wet hands, form round balls of minced meat slightly larger than a nut and dip them into the prepared sauce.
STEP 14
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 15
Sprinkle the finished meatballs with fresh chopped herbs, simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot. Bon appetit!
