For lunch I made meatballs with rice in tomato sauce in a frying pan. I took minced chicken. I didn’t have cabbage, so I didn’t add it and didn’t replace it with anything. The minced meat turned out to be a little liquid, so I added a couple of tablespoons of semolina, stirred and let it sit, this corrected the situation. When I fried the vegetables, I added a little tomato paste to them. The meatballs turned out tender with a delicious vegetable gravy! You will lick your fingers! Thanks for the recipe!
