Instead of regular cutlets, I decided to cook meat pancakes in a frying pan. Fortunately, a gorgeous piece of pork tenderloin turned up. Finely chopped the meat with a sharp knife. In the process, I realized that it would be faster if the meat was frozen a little. But I had a steamed piece and didn’t freeze it. Next, everything is according to the recipe - sour cream, egg, onion, garlic, starch. I took the spices for the barbecue. I left it for half an hour so that all the components could “marry”. The cutlets fry very quickly, keep their shape perfectly when frying, and do not fall apart. It turned out just great! We liked the minced meat option much better than the twisted one. They are so juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. All the cymus is in small pieces of meat, flavored with spices, juicy onions and the aroma of garlic. Thank you so much for the recipe! Cook with pleasure!
