STEP 1

How to make meat in sour cream and cheese? Prepare the products according to the list. Choose any cheese that melts well, I took Russian. Use sour cream of any fat content; in addition to the meat, you can add your favorite spices. Pre-defrost pork or other meat on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator if you have it frozen.
STEP 2

Wash and peel the vegetables, cut the onion into small pieces, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
STEP 4

Wash the dill well, dry with paper towels and finely chop.
STEP 5

Make sour cream sauce by mixing chopped dill, salt, pepper and sour cream in one bowl.
STEP 6

Rinse the meat well and dry, cut the pork flesh into small slices and place on the bottom of the baking dish.
STEP 7

Place fried vegetables on top of the meat.
STEP 8

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 9

Sprinkle the cheese over the vegetable layer in the pan.
STEP 10

Pour the prepared sour cream sauce into the mold as the last layer and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour. Serve the finished pork hot separately or with any side dish, bon appetit!
