I came across this recipe by accident and liked the simplicity and speed of preparation. Sautéed the onions and carrots first. I made the sauce from sour cream and dill. I cut the meat into small pieces and put it in a mold. Then fried vegetables, cheese and sauce. The only spices I used were salt and pepper. I baked it for 40 minutes, as the author writes. Meat in sour cream and cheese is incredibly tasty, aromatic and satisfying. The pork turned out juicy and tender. Excellent sour cream sauce and cheese perfectly complemented the dish. I really liked the dill in the dish, it complemented the meat so much with its aroma and taste that it was simply impossible to stop eating. I decided to use more meat than in the recipe!!! My onions were fresh, I didn’t fry them. I didn’t include carrots or greens, I’m not allergic to these foods!!! Sour cream and cheese!!! It turned out delicious!!!
