Meat cutlets in the oven with quail eggs

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Wash the greens, dry and finely chop.
STEP 4

Combine minced meat with grated cheese and herbs.
STEP 5

Salt, pepper and knead well.
STEP 6

Form cutlets from the minced meat and make a depression the size of a quail egg in the middle of each.
STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the cutlets on the well side and fry until golden brown. Then turn over and cook for about 4 minutes more.
STEP 8

Place the cutlets in a baking dish, pour a quail egg into each cavity and add salt. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
