STEP 1

How to make mackerel with potatoes in foil in the oven? Thaw the mackerel, cut off the head, fins and tail, gut the insides and rinse well in running water. Be sure to remove the black film inside the mackerel so that there is no bitterness later.
STEP 2

Make shallow cuts on both sides of the mackerel so that the fish is completely steamed.
STEP 3

Salt and pepper the mackerel on both sides and inside, pour over two slices of lemon juice. And leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
STEP 4

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
STEP 5

Salt the potatoes, pepper and pour in vegetable oil.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Take two pieces of foil, place the potatoes equally on them, and place the mackerel on top.
STEP 8

Wrap the foil so that it is convenient to open it later. Place the fish in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
STEP 9

Remove the mackerel from the oven, open the foil slightly and place it back in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is browned.
STEP 10
