STEP 1
How to bake pasta in the oven with cheese and eggs? Prepare your food. Take pasta made from durum wheat, good quality - such pasta will not turn into porridge when cooked. Plus they are more useful. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 2
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring it to a boil. Add pasta and stir. Cook them over medium heat until done; check the pasta packaging for the time. It would even be better to boil them for a minute less, until al dente - the pasta will remain a little firm and will hold its shape well. Drain them in a colander, rinse under cold water and let it drain completely.
STEP 3
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Pasta can be baked in one general form or, like me, in portions. Grease the molds with vegetable or butter and place the prepared pasta into them. There should be about 1-2 centimeters left in the mold to the top.
STEP 4
Wash the chicken eggs well. Place them in a bowl, add salt and pepper, and stir until smooth.
STEP 5
Pour the prepared eggs into the pans over the pasta and stir to coat completely. Or you can combine pasta with eggs, stir and only then transfer to a baking dish.
STEP 6
Grate the cheese on a fine or coarse grater, which is not particularly important, and pour all the pasta on top. The taste of pasta will depend directly on the type of cheese chosen.
STEP 7
Place the pans with macaroni, egg and cheese in the hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The eggs should be completely cooked and the top should be golden brown.
STEP 8
Remove pans from oven and serve immediately. You can serve the pasta in portioned molds or transfer it to a plate. The pasta is perfectly cut, taken out and holds its shape.
