STEP 1

How to make fluffy pancakes on snow? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Warm the snowball to room temperature. This will make them fit better. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a comfortable deep bowl. Combine a snowball and an egg in it. Mix everything with a whisk.
STEP 3

Add some vegetable oil and sugar to the bowl. The amount of sugar can be increased slightly. But keep in mind that the snow itself is sweet.
STEP 4

Add baking powder to the dough. You can add a pinch of vanillin for flavor. Add flour and knead the dough. It may take a little more or less flour. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the consistency of the dough. The finished pancake dough should be quite thick, without lumps of flour. Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes, covered with a towel.
STEP 5

To fry pancakes, you can take any non-stick frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Spoon some batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
STEP 6

Despite the fact that there is no yeast in the dough, the pancakes become fluffy. When cooked over low heat, the pancakes rise well. They will turn a delicious golden color. Remove them from the pan and serve immediately.
STEP 7

We really love pancakes with condensed milk. But you can take sour cream, jam or preserves. Bon appetit!
