  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make lush manna with kefir in the oven? Measure out the required ingredients. Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance so that it warms to room temperature. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanillin (at the tip of a knife).

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour kefir over the semolina, mix well and leave for 30-40 minutes for the cereal to swell. During this time, the mass can be mixed again. Soaking the semolina will make the cake more crumbly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove over low heat. Cool the oil; it should not be hot.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Combine eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy, light and thick.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add melted butter to the swollen semolina and mix well.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add baking powder and stir lightly.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Gradually add the beaten egg mixture. Mix gently with a spatula.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The dough is homogeneous, fluffy, thin, and has a runny consistency.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Any heat-resistant pan will work for the pie. If you are using a silicone mold, you do not need to coat it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly grease metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baked goods do not burn. I have a mold measuring 18*18 cm. I additionally covered the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment to make it easier to remove the finished cake.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Bake the manna in an oven preheated to 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a skewer. If it comes out of the middle of the pie dry, without traces of dough, then the manna is ready. The cooking mode and time may differ from those indicated; be sure to take into account the operating characteristics of your oven.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cool the finished pie, cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!

I love baking manna cakes for their ease of preparation. All products are available and done quickly. I saw a new recipe on the website, and of course, I started cooking crumbly manna with kefir in the oven. How tender it turned out!!!! It looked so mega appetizing in its form that I could hardly wait for it to cool down at least a little to cut off and try a piece of this sunny miracle. The pie turned out fabulous!!! It's just a delight! I definitely recommend the recipe, many thanks to the author!!!
