  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry fluffy cheesecakes with semolina in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. I would like to note that in baking it is important that all ingredients are at the same temperature. Remove the cottage cheese and egg from the refrigerator in advance. Take thicker cottage cheese - the cheesecakes will turn out more filling. Optimal fat content is 9-19%. Regular wheat flour, but do not take premium flour - this flour is snow-white because it is bleached with chlorine. Optimally - first and second grade flour

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If you have cottage cheese with grains, then rub it through a sieve or punch it with an immersion blender, so the cottage cheese will be homogeneous. Read about the intricacies of choosing cottage cheese in the article at the end of the recipe. Beat the egg into the cottage cheese and mix well with a fork. For a 200 pack of cottage cheese, the smallest egg, for example C2, is perfect. If you only have large eggs, add only the yolk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Salt and add sugar. At your request, it can be vanilla sugar, and also for lovers of cinnamon - a pinch of it will be very useful! Mix everything well!

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina. Stir and leave until the semolina swells for about 10 minutes. The dough will become denser, because semolina will absorb all the moisture. Read about the intricacies of choosing semolina in the article at the end of this recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a plate, combine the remaining semolina and flour, stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Form cheesecakes from the curd dough and roll them in a mixture of flour and semolina.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat the vegetable oil well in a thick-bottomed frying pan, preferably with a non-stick coating. The oil can be anything: olive or corn. But the main thing is that it be refined - only such oil is suitable for frying and does not burn or smoke.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the cheesecakes in the pan and reduce the heat to just below medium. Fry the cheesecakes for about 10 minutes on one side. You will learn how to choose a frying pan and oil for frying by reading the separate articles at the end of the recipe.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then carefully turn the cheesecakes with semolina over, reduce the heat to low and cook until done. You may need to cover the pan with a lid.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Serve cheesecakes with sour cream, jam, condensed milk or just with tea. Bon appetit!

My children really liked the delicious and fluffy cheesecakes with semolina in a frying pan. I had 300 g of cottage cheese left, so I recalculated the amount of other products using the site’s calculator. I didn’t use all the flour and didn’t make the dough too stiff. I simply rolled future cheesecakes in flour without semolina. The crust also turned out crispy and golden brown). Cheesecakes increase significantly in the pan, but then fall off like any cottage cheese baked goods. In any case, they turned out plump, appetizing, aromatic and tasty! This is an excellent hearty and healthy breakfast.

Thank you very much for the recipe. The cheesecakes turned out very tasty, moderately sweet. Of course, I’m not an expert on cheesecakes, but they are very tasty ☺️👍

This recipe made excellent fluffy cheesecakes with semolina in a frying pan. I rubbed homemade cottage cheese through a sieve, did not add flour to the dough, put the entire volume of semolina into the dough, and rolled the cheesecakes in flour. Lately I like to form cheesecakes with an inverted glass; they turn out smooth and beautiful.

It turned out to be manna pancakes, not cheese pancakes. You need less semolina. although I added 20% less
