Our whole family loves cheesecakes, cottage cheese casseroles and everything related to cottage cheese. These cheesecakes with semolina really resemble small portioned casseroles. They are so cute and tasty, in general they didn’t last until breakfast) The cheesecakes were moderately moist, kept their shape well, and were easy to remove from the molds. Very tasty, beyond words. We ate it with sour cream and just without anything. I have homemade cottage cheese, I beat it with a blender, small grains remained, but this is even better.
