STEP 1

Cottage cheese can be of any fat content, just choose a quality product, without milk fat substitutes. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance; it should be at room temperature.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Mix everything well until smooth, or better yet, beat with a mixer so that the cheesecakes rise better thanks to the well-beaten egg white.
STEP 4
Add sour cream, soft butter, semolina and baking powder. Stir again and leave warm for 15-20 minutes. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 5
After the specified time, mix the dough thoroughly again. It should be like thick sour cream due to the swollen semolina.
STEP 6
Divide the dough into silicone molds.
STEP 7

STEP 8
During baking, the cheesecakes will rise slightly and acquire a golden color.
STEP 9
