Light sandwiches with cheese and shrimp

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare sandwiches, cut suitable pieces of gray or black bread.
STEP 2
Heat a frying pan on the stove, adding 100 grams to it. olive oil and spread it evenly with a brush.
STEP 3
We grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, we use Parmesan.
STEP 4
Grate a medium-sized cucumber on a fine grater.
STEP 5
Drain the resulting cucumber juice from the bowl.
STEP 6
Add 0.5 teaspoon to the grated cucumber in a bowl. soy sauce.
STEP 7
We also add 2 tbsp. sour cream.
STEP 8
Add 6 pcs. king prawns and a mixture of peppers to taste.
STEP 9
Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 10
Place two pieces of bread in a hot frying pan and fry it well on both sides.
STEP 11
Finely chop the cilantro sprigs.
STEP 12
Add chopped cilantro to a common container and mix thoroughly.
STEP 13
Rub the toasted bread pieces with a clove of garlic.
STEP 14
Spread the grated cheese onto the pieces of bread.
STEP 15
Place the prepared mixture of cucumber, herbs and shrimp on top of the cheese.
STEP 16
Place the sandwiches in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5 minutes and bring them until cooked. Sandwiches cooked in the oven are especially aromatic, because the bread is soaked with all the ingredients, and the melted cheese acquires an appetizing and unique taste.
