Adeline, thanks for the recipe. The cutlets turned out to be very satisfying. You don't even need a side dish. Mine turned out to be a little dry, so I ate it with ketchup, and my daughter and husband ate it with ketchup and mayonnaise. One more addition, if you don’t mind. I would take half as much rice and add some fried onions to the minced meat. Best regards, Olga.

What a right decision - lentils with rice and vegetables - much juicier and more tender, delicious cutlets! Thank you!

Today, all day long, I have lentil cutlets on my menu. Honestly, I eat it and want more, I just didn’t expect such a result. I added some frozen boletus mushrooms to the minced meat, now it’s Lent and they rule for me and I didn’t roll them in flour and they were fried so perfectly. The taste reminded me more of fish cutlets, and the homemade ones, not knowing what they were made of, unanimously confirmed that my mother had put something into the fish cutlets. Everyone liked them!
