Lean cutlets with champignons

How to fry cutlets with lean champignons? Prepare all the products that are listed.
STEP 2

Rinse the rice in cold water. Place in a small saucepan or saucepan and cook according to package instructions until fully cooked.

Peel the onion and chop it as finely as possible. Wash the champignons and dry with paper towels.

Next you need to chop the mushrooms. This can be done manually by chopping them finely, or punching them with a blender or passing through a meat grinder. To prepare cutlets, I usually use a blender.

Grind the champignons so that small pieces remain; do not puree them.

Heat a small amount of refined vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Send the mushrooms and onions to fry. Over high heat, evaporate the liquid and cook, stirring, until golden brown.

Place rice and fried mushrooms and onions into a deep container. Salt to taste, pepper and add your favorite spices.

Mix everything very well.

Add flour to the resulting mass. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. This depends on the quality of the flour and how much the liquid has evaporated when frying the mushrooms. Focus on the consistency of the minced meat. The mass should not be too liquid.

Form small patties of the same size. Roll them in breadcrumbs on all sides.
STEP 11

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the cutlets over moderate heat until an appetizing golden hue appears.
STEP 12

Turn over and fry the other side.
STEP 13

Cutlets are delicious hot or cold.
STEP 14
