    Grate the carrots.

    Cut the bell peppers into not very large pieces.

    Finely chop the greens with a knife.

    Cut the onion into cubes.

    Add sour cream to grated tomatoes.

    Lightly fry the onion and carrots.

    Grind the meat in a meat grinder and mix with rice.
