  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pita bread with mushrooms and melted cheese? Prepare the products according to the list. I used champignons for mushrooms, but you can use any others. Plus, you can have mushrooms either fresh or frozen. In addition, canned ones are also suitable. You need two sheets of pita bread, make them identical by cutting off the edges. Any processed cheese, put it in the freezer to make it easier to grate.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and chop as desired. Remove the champignons from soil and debris and rinse under cold running water. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it, distributing it evenly over the bottom of the pan. Add the chopped champignons and onions and fry them until tender, stirring constantly, over medium heat. At the end of frying, add a little salt. Cool the prepared mushrooms and onions.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Open the package of pita bread. If you take pita bread in one long sheet, then cut it with scissors into two identical sheets or bend it in half. Place the first sheet on the table and grease it evenly with mayonnaise. This way the roll itself will be juicier and will not tear due to the filling if there is a double layer.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place a second sheet on top of the first sheet, also grease it evenly with mayonnaise. Place the fried champignons and onions on it, distributing evenly over the entire surface.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grate melted cheese on top of the mushrooms on a coarse grater. Roll the pita bread tightly into a roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two. I don’t always succeed very tightly, but I must try to wrap the pita bread with the filling in the roll as tightly as possible.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the finished chilled lavash roll with mushrooms from the film and cut into portions 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Serve as a snack.

I tried both lavash with mushrooms and potatoes with mushrooms. Both options are good. I especially liked the recipe - pita bread with mushrooms, bell peppers and cheese.

For the holiday I made lavash with mushrooms and melted cheese. Adults especially liked this snack option. I fried mushrooms and onions in the evening and rolled them into a roll in the morning. I chose champignons for the filling. They were frozen, so first I waited until the ice melted, then added vegetable oil and onions. Fry until golden brown and have a very appetizing aroma). Instead of mayonnaise, I smeared a sheet of lavash with sour cream, pepper and laid out the mushrooms. I grated soft, delicious cheese on top. I tried to roll the roll as tightly as possible). At least the filling didn't fall out. In general, you can pass the mushroom filling through a meat grinder, then the roll will roll up more tightly. But I liked the textured mushrooms. I cut the roll right away, because the filling turned out to be quite juicy. The appetizer is very tasty and unusual! The combination of fried mushrooms and cheese is simply excellent!

My husband really likes mushroom rolls. I prepared lavash with mushrooms and melted cheese for him, and bought oyster mushrooms at the store especially for this. In general, according to the recipe it was necessary to use champignons, but oyster mushrooms have such an amazing aroma! I used only one sheet of lavash for the roll so that it came out soft and delicate in taste. I greased the pita bread with mayonnaise and added fried oyster mushrooms and onions. I grated processed cheese on top of the mushrooms on a coarse grater. I rolled the pita bread, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, I cut it into pieces 1.5 cm wide. The roll turned out to be quite juicy, the oyster mushrooms in it were very aromatic and pleasant to the taste. The melted cheese added some piquancy. My husband really liked the roll! Thank you very much for the recipe!

I made lavash with mushrooms in the morning, for breakfast, and for coffee. very tasty, everyone liked it. I just changed the recipe a little - I had 2 pita breads, I picked up the last ones from the store. so I had to sprinkle cheese on top of the greens - but the dish did not suffer at all. and I didn’t boil the mushrooms. I fried them and they turned out very tasty too. These quick rolls turned out to go with coffee. news of sandwiches.

I wanted to make lavash with mushrooms and melted cheese like your roll, but I went too far with the layers. I decided to make it like a pie. It turned out funny, but delicious! Thank you.
