Lavash in batter with filling

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
First of all, start preparing the filling. Open the can of canned mushrooms and drain the liquid. Cut the champignons into small pieces and place in a separate bowl.
STEP 2
Then grate the cheese on a medium grater. You can grate the cheese directly onto the champignons.
STEP 3
Add some mayonnaise and dry spices. I used dried dill as spices. Mix everything well with a tablespoon.
STEP 4
Cut the pita bread into small squares. Place a little of the resulting mushroom filling on a piece of pita bread. Tuck the pita bread in at the sides and roll it up.
STEP 5
In this way, wrap all the filling in pieces of pita bread.
STEP 6
For the batter, combine the egg and sour cream. Add flour and stir. To bring the batter to the desired consistency, add a little water. Literally a tablespoon at a time. The batter should be approximately the same consistency as pancake batter. Dip all the envelopes into the resulting batter.
STEP 7
Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the battered envelopes in the pan, seam side down. Fry them for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 8
Then turn over with a knife and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
STEP 9
Remove the finished envelopes to napkins to remove excess fat from them. Brew delicious and aromatic, fresh tea with these envelopes. Appetizing, crispy envelopes are ready! Help yourself! Bon appetit!
