    First of all, start preparing the filling. Open the can of canned mushrooms and drain the liquid. Cut the champignons into small pieces and place in a separate bowl.

    Then grate the cheese on a medium grater. You can grate the cheese directly onto the champignons.

    Add some mayonnaise and dry spices. I used dried dill as spices. Mix everything well with a tablespoon.

    Cut the pita bread into small squares. Place a little of the resulting mushroom filling on a piece of pita bread. Tuck the pita bread in at the sides and roll it up.

    In this way, wrap all the filling in pieces of pita bread.

    For the batter, combine the egg and sour cream. Add flour and stir. To bring the batter to the desired consistency, add a little water. Literally a tablespoon at a time. The batter should be approximately the same consistency as pancake batter. Dip all the envelopes into the resulting batter.

    Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the battered envelopes in the pan, seam side down. Fry them for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
