STEP 1

How to make noodle maker with cottage cheese in the oven? Prepare your food. I used regular egg noodles, but any pasta will do. It is very convenient to prepare such a noodle maker from leftover side dishes. Take cottage cheese of any fat content, soft is better. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees
STEP 2

Boil the noodles in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Place the finished noodles in a colander and cool.
STEP 3

Take one egg and beat it into a bowl. Add sugar and salt there. Whisk everything together using a hand whisk.
STEP 4

Add cottage cheese to the mixture. If yours is coarse, then first rub it through a sieve or punch it with an immersion blender. I have soft cottage cheese, I skipped this step. Mix cottage cheese with egg until smooth.
STEP 5

Add boiled noodles to the resulting mass. Stir.
STEP 6

Take a suitable baking dish. Grease it with a piece of soft butter. Place the noodle mixture into the mold. I have a mold measuring 23*14*6 cm. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 7

Beat the second egg into a bowl, add sour cream to it. Mix them until smooth.
STEP 8

Pour the egg-sour cream mixture over the top of the noodle soup.
STEP 9

Bake the noodle soup in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. STEP 10

Serve noodle soup with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Bon appetit!
