Lapshevnik with cottage cheese in the oven

A dish that has been a favorite since childhood - indescribably delicious! Lapshevnik with cottage cheese is very similar to cottage cheese casserole, which is why children like it. It can be baked sweet and served with sour cream and jam, or you can reduce the sugar and make a saltier version.

    STEP 1

How to make noodle maker with cottage cheese in the oven? Prepare your food. I used regular egg noodles, but any pasta will do. It is very convenient to prepare such a noodle maker from leftover side dishes. Take cottage cheese of any fat content, soft is better. Read about how to choose cottage cheese in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Use the amount of sugar and salt to adjust the taste of the dish - whether it will be sweet or salty. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil the noodles in salted water according to the time indicated on the package. Place the finished noodles in a colander and cool.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Take one egg and beat it into a bowl. Add sugar and salt there. Whisk everything together using a hand whisk.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add cottage cheese to the mixture. If yours is coarse, then first rub it through a sieve or punch it with an immersion blender. I have soft cottage cheese, I skipped this step. Mix cottage cheese with egg until smooth.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add boiled noodles to the resulting mass. Stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Take a suitable baking dish. Grease it with a piece of soft butter. Place the noodle mixture into the mold. I have a mold measuring 23*14*6 cm. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Beat the second egg into a bowl, add sour cream to it. Mix them until smooth.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour the egg-sour cream mixture over the top of the noodle soup.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Bake the noodle soup in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. The top should be browned. Remove the finished dish from the oven and cool slightly.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Serve noodle soup with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Bon appetit!

I had vermicelli left and didn’t know where to use it. After searching by ingredients, I found an original recipe for baking with cottage cheese. I love dishes with cottage cheese) I was interested in the recipe for its simplicity and speed of preparation. Lapshevnik with cottage cheese in the oven is a very quick dish to prepare, considering that I already had the noodles cooked. I used web vermicelli. I did everything as described in the recipe. I mixed all the ingredients, put it in a mold, filled it with filling and put it in the oven. No hassle! Easy, quick and simple! Very interesting pastries with pasta turned out sweet, rosy and aromatic. My child, who loves pasta, really liked the noodle soup) and the adults gobbled it up on both cheeks))) A worthy recipe! I recommend! Thank you!

Yesterday I made noodle soup with cottage cheese. It turned out VERY tasty and tender. I added more vanilla sugar and some raisins. I still took two eggs for the noodle maker itself and one for the sour cream filling, I didn’t wait for an answer))) while I had a free minute, I wanted to cook it quickly. The extra egg definitely didn't hurt!!! Thanks to the author for the recipe, I’m leaving this recipe in KK and will make it again))) a good way to use pasta that was left over from dinner))) And of course, a photo report

Great recipe. I expected that there would be a pronounced milky taste, but it turned out that the noodle maker tastes more like a cheese product. I used 15% sour cream. The mold was silicone, the product came out of it easily. Friends, who loves cottage cheese, be sure to try it. Thanks to the author for this recipe.

Egg noodles are very tender, so the noodle soup with cottage cheese in the oven turned out homogeneous, although it will be no worse with other pasta. Usually I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and baked without egg and sour cream filling. I liked the author’s version, and even more when it cooled down. Thanks for the recipe.

I was pleased with this recipe. Easy to prepare, with good proportions and a taste familiar from childhood. The nice thing is that they gave room for choice in terms of sugar and salt - I added both to adjust the taste so that the noodle maker would not be cloying (I made a sweet version). Since I don't like the taste of butter, I didn't use it at all and cooked in a non-stick pan. And I was not mistaken, but a nuance appeared during extraction. I had to apply a towel soaked in cold water to the bottom of the inverted pan so as not to shake it for a long time and not knock on the table. I recommend this recipe if you like soft cottage cheese and chewy noodles. Thanks to the author)
