STEP 1

We also use any pasta that we have on hand, but it is better to take products made from durum wheat so that in the finished dish after baking they do not turn into a porridge-like mass.

Place the pasta in boiling salted water and cook until al dente; as a rule, 8 minutes of cooking from the moment the water boils is enough, but you need to follow the instructions on the package. Cooking times vary for different types of pasta. Drain the water and place the pasta in a colander to drain completely. Let the pasta cool slightly.

Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, and with a fork or whisk, beat the eggs until smooth.

Remove the noodle maker from the oven when it is slightly browned on top.
