STEP 1
How to make lamb with rice? To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to take fresh meat, not frozen, so that the result is juicy and not dry.
STEP 2
Rinse the lamb well under cold water and cut into large pieces. Mix flour with salt and pepper and coat meat in it.
STEP 3
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the lamb until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
STEP 4
While the meat is roasting, wash all the vegetables well and peel them.
STEP 5
Cut the onions into four parts, cut the carrots and bell peppers into large pieces, leave the garlic cloves whole.
STEP 6
Place the lamb in a separate bowl, and place all the vegetables in the frying pan where it was fried and fry for several minutes.
STEP 7
Place meat and vegetables in a baking dish, add hot meat broth or water, and add salt if necessary.
STEP 8
Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake the lamb with vegetables at this high temperature for about 40 minutes.
STEP 9
Remove the pan from the oven, remove the foil and pour in the rice. Continue to simmer the lamb in the oven at 180 degrees until the rice is ready. Serve the finished dish hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs and your favorite spices. Bon appetit!
