Kulebyaka with fish Paltus from ready -made yeast dough

A tasty and satisfying appetizer made from dough with fish! Try it! Kulebyaki is considered one of the favorite and preferred dishes of the northern peoples. I use halibut for this recipe, although any other fish can be used instead. Our grandmother usually bakes this kind of pie for us. Therefore, I am grateful to her for another recipe. It turns out to be excellent food, and very satisfying. We will simplify the recipe a little by buying yeast dough from the store, although my grandmother made it herself.

The kulebyaki turned out to be very excellent, tasty and filling. I mixed two types of fish, took the fatter one, and they turned out very juicy. In general, the filling can be different, I tried it with chicken, minced meat and potatoes... just a miracle!

Yes, girls, in Rus' they have long been able to bake kulebyaki with various fillings; you can use it with the first course instead of bread, or with broth. I like it with cabbage and liver. This is Adjarian khachapuri, a very tasty pastry)))
