    For the dough, take a comfortable, spacious bowl so that it is convenient to knead the dough in it. Place sugar, salt and baking soda into a bowl.

    Heat the kefir until warm and pour into the bowl. Then add vegetable oil and eggs. Mix all ingredients together.

    Gradually add sifted flour into the bowl and knead the dough. There is no need to add all the flour at once. You may need a little more or less of the specified amount. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. First knead the dough in the bowl. Then, when it becomes thicker, place it on the table and continue kneading with your hands. At the end of kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough a little more.

    The outside will be covered with an oil film and will not dry out during baking. Let the finished dough rest for about 10 minutes. For pizza, roll out the dough, prick with a fork, brush with sauce and place in the oven for 3-5 minutes. The dough will set slightly and will not be soggy from the filling. Then put the filling on it and bake until done for another 5-7 minutes. Cook with pleasure

We already missed pizza, so we had to bake a new one. I couldn’t find a recipe with the filling I needed, so I chose a recipe for kefir pizza dough without yeast. And I came up with the filling myself, it’s convenient) I really liked the dough, it’s easy to work with, it’s soft and elastic. After the “rest” it became even more pliable. Judging by the amount of ingredients, I immediately realized that the pizza would be big. And this is good, everyone eats to their fill) And so it happened, I stretched the base with my hands almost over the entire large baking sheet. The thickness was not small. The finished pizza came out fluffy, the base was soft, porous, and well baked. I liked this recipe, I’ll take note of it and recommend it to everyone.

This is now my favorite dough for fluffy pizza, it came out in the entire pan, baked without filling for 5 minutes at 250°C, and with filling for another 10 minutes at 200°C. Took 40 minutes from start to finish 👍👍👍
