    Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

    Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Salt and pepper. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces.

    Pour in kefir at room temperature. Whisk everything until smooth. There is no need to beat for a long time. The salt crystals should completely dissolve.

What to do for breakfast? I had a question this morning! I looked it up on my favorite website and liked the kefir omelette. I wanted to bring this very interesting recipe to life, so to speak. I didn’t know that omelettes could be made with kefir; I always cooked them exclusively with milk. Having all the ingredients at hand, I went to the kitchen to prepare an omelette using kefir according to this recipe. I picked and cut fresh lettuce leaves. I took the frozen pepper and cut it into cubes. I mixed homemade eggs with kefir, salt and pepper, but didn’t add hot pepper for my own reasons. Added flax seeds, lettuce and bell pepper. I fried the omelette in oil, but I couldn’t turn it over carefully; my omelette tore into pieces, but it didn’t affect the taste at all. Breakfast is ready! The kefir omelette turned out very airy, tender and juicy. Also useful! I advise everyone to try to cook an extraordinary breakfast! This is delicious!
