Kefir flatbreads with suluguni and green onions in a frying pan

STEP 1
To prepare delicious flatbreads with a hearty filling, we prepare the necessary products.

Pour four hundred grams of sifted wheat flour and half a teaspoon of salt into a deep bowl.
STEP 3
Add one teaspoon of sugar to the bowl with flour.
STEP 4
Pour half a teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl of flour.
STEP 5
Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl.
STEP 6
Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of room temperature kefir into a bowl of flour, then mix all the ingredients well until smooth and form the dough.

Place the dough from the bowl onto a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour.

We continue to knead the dough on the table with our hands.

Knead the dough for five minutes, then put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator.

For the filling, grate two hundred grams of the required cheese into a deep bowl on a coarse grater. (in our Suluguni recipe).

Finely chop the green onions, dill and parsley.

Having poured a little flour on the table, roll out each resulting piece with filling with a rolling pin without effort.

Heat a dry frying pan on the stove and lay out the flatbread, which we fry by turning the stove on to medium temperature.

Fry the flatbreads until golden brown on each side.
