I wanted to cook julienne mushrooms cheese onions from champignons classic. Moreover, the New Year holidays are ahead, you need to train). My champignons were fresh; I first removed the top film from them. I liked the fine cutting, it’s convenient and beautiful in the finished dish. I fried the mushrooms separately, and the onions and flour separately, then combined them. I poured the aromatic mixture into molds. Topped with sour cream mixed with egg. I got 7 tbsp. l. for 3 molds. Then grated cheese (I first melted a piece in the microwave to see if it melted well). The top was decorated with fried mushrooms. I baked the julienne for 20 minutes. During this time, the cheese straightened out and was appetizingly reaching for the fork). I like the combination of all the ingredients, they harmonize perfectly. Julienne is delicious! I will definitely make it as an appetizer for the holiday table.
