How to make julienne tartlets with cream, mushrooms and chicken in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Take fillet from the breast, it is less fatty. It is better if the meat is chilled. Thaw the frozen food first by transferring it from the freezer to the refrigerator. You can replace the cream with sour cream.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small cubes. You can replace the chicken with turkey or pork.
STEP 3

Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into small pieces. If you use frozen mushrooms, then take them with a reserve of one and a half times more, because when defrosting and frying there will be literally a handful left. You can replace champignons with other mushrooms: porcini, chanterelles.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry until translucent for 3-5 minutes.

Add chicken to pan. Fry, stirring, 5-7 minutes until golden brown. All excess moisture should evaporate from the chicken.

Add chopped mushrooms to the chicken. Fry everything together until excess moisture evaporates from the pan.

Add flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. You can add your own spices to taste.

Pour in the cream. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.

Fill the tartlets with julienne.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the julienne for 5-7 minutes at 180°C until the cheese melts.
