STEP 1
How to make juicy turkey kebab with the most delicious marinade? Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated in the recipe. Mayonnaise can be replaced with 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil as desired. You can make your own mayonnaise if you wish. Below the steps you will find a catalog of homemade mayonnaise recipes.
STEP 2
Rinse the breast under running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess water. Cut the turkey into equal-sized portions. Do not make the pieces too small, otherwise you risk ending up with a dry kebab. Place the meat in a deep bowl suitable for marinating.

Add mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Send to the meat. Sprinkle ground black pepper, dry oregano or basil and turmeric on top. Adjust the amount of each spice according to your taste. I used 1 tsp. oregano and pepper, 1 tbsp. turmeric and a large pinch of salt.
STEP 5
Mix everything very well so that every piece is in the aromatic marinade. Cover the cup with cling film or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. I usually marinate overnight.

Thread the marinated turkey onto skewers.
STEP 7
Light up the grill. When all the wood has burned out and the coals are covered with white ash, proceed to the main stage of cooking. Place the skewers on the grill.
STEP 8
Grill the kebab, turning occasionally, until done.
STEP 9
Cooking time depends on the heat level in the grill and how large your pieces are. Make sure the turkey is an appetizing golden color. Make a cut on the largest piece. If you see clear juice, then the kebab is ready. If the liquid is pinkish, then continue cooking. Do not overcook the meat over the coals; it can become tough and dry.
