How to quickly and easily make delicious minced meat cutlets with potatoes in a frying pan, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing juicy homemade cutlets.
STEP 2

Start preparing the minced meat and take a large grater with a large bowl, then grate into it one onion and two jacket potatoes, pre-boiled without adding salt.
STEP 3

Place six hundred grams of mixed minced pork and beef in a common bowl and mix well with your hands.
STEP 4

Add salt, coriander, cumin to the bowl with minced meat to taste and continue mixing all the ingredients together with your hands.
STEP 5

Add two cloves of garlic, passed through a press, to the bowl with minced meat, ground black pepper to taste and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.
STEP 6

Once cooked, with all the added seasonings, pick up the minced meat in your hands and forcefully throw it into the bowl several times, so that when beating, all the excess air comes out of it, it becomes fluffy and easily molded in the future, then let it sit for about thirty minutes.

Take the required amount of cooked minced meat and form it into cutlets of the required size, which in turn can be steamed and cooked in the oven.

Roll the formed cutlets in a small amount of premium wheat flour.
