    Cut the cheese into medium cubes at the rate of 1 piece of cheese for one cutlet. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. I have Gouda cheese.     Cut the chicken fillet or other parts of the chicken into pieces and grind in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. If you make minced meat using a meat grinder, then you can chop the onion and soaked bread with it. I ground the minced meat in a blender, so I grated the onion.

    Pour cream or milk over white bread and leave for 10 minutes. It is not necessary to cut off the crusts of the bread.

I saw a recipe for chicken cutlets with gravy in the oven just in time. My daughter just asked for these in the morning. I made the minced meat myself from chicken thigh fillet. At the same time, I mixed onions, garlic and soaked bread together with the meat. For spices I used a pinch of freshly ground pepper. Beat the minced meat well in a bowl. For the filling I took Russian cheese, first tasted it and melted a piece in the microwave. While preparing the sauce, lumps of flour formed; I simply rubbed it through a sieve with a silicone spatula. I used turkey broth; it was just cooking nearby). I baked the cutlets for 40 minutes. During this time, the sauce thickened a little, and the cutlets themselves were baked. The cheese leaked out a little in places, but it’s not a problem). The cutlets turned out incredibly tender, the velvety sauce is simply magnificent! My daughter and I are delighted! Thank you for the recipe and I recommend it!

For dinner I decided to cook juicy chicken cutlets with gravy in the oven. For this recipe I prepared all the necessary ingredients and, using the calculator on the website, increased the number of servings to 8. I used ready-made minced meat from chicken thighs. Grind the onion in a blender along with the herbs. I didn’t have sour cream and tomato paste, so I used cream and homemade tomatoes, which I prepared in the summer. I formed cutlets from the finished minced meat and placed them in a baking dish, put them in a preheated oven for 25 minutes, during which time I prepared a creamy tomato sauce for the cutlets. I poured the gravy over the cutlets and left them in the oven for another 35 minutes. I prepared a buckwheat side dish for the cutlets. The chicken cutlets turned out to be really juicy and tasty!
