How to make an invisible apple pie? Let's start with the test. To prepare the pie dough, we need: flour

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. You need to beat so that, on the one hand, you do not overbeat the mass (it should be airy), and on the other, so that all the sugar dissolves.
STEP 3
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the dough. Beat with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
STEP 4
Pour milk, cognac and vegetable oil into the dough. Whisk again. You should get a fairly liquid mass, similar to pancake dough. Add a little more flour if necessary.

Let's prepare the filling. Prepare food: sweet and sour apples

Chop the walnuts.
STEP 7
Wash the apples, dry them, remove the core. If the skin of the apples is hard and thick, it is better to cut it off. Cut the apples into thin slices. Try to cut it as thin as possible, this will make the pie tastier.
STEP 8
Gently fold the apples into the batter, being careful to keep the thin slices intact.
STEP 9
Place the apples in the dough into a greased baking dish (Ø 18-20 cm) and smooth out. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 30 minutes.

Filling. To prepare the filling we will need: an egg, melted butter and sugar.

Melt the butter and cool to room temperature. Combine sugar with egg and melted butter.
STEP 12
Whisk everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
STEP 13
Top the hot pie with the egg mixture.
STEP 14
Sprinkle with walnuts. Return the pie to the oven for another 15 minutes.
STEP 15
Cool the pie completely. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit!
