How to make a hot dog in pita bread? Prepare your food. Take thin lavash; you will need two pieces (one per serving). Long and thin sausages are better; I had regular milk sausages, but they turned out a little short. It didn't affect the taste at all.

Separate the Chinese cabbage into leaves, wash them well and then dry thoroughly. Cut the leaves into thin strips. In addition to Beijing, you can also take regular white cabbage. But then you will need to knead it thoroughly with your hands so that the cabbage becomes soft and releases the juice.
STEP 3

Wash the tomato, wipe it and cut it into strips - first into circles, then into strips. Drain off excess juice.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese. The main criterion when choosing cheese for this recipe is its taste and meltability. Choose natural varieties, without herbal additives.
STEP 5

Peel the sausages from the casing and fry on a grill pan on all sides. Don't keep them on the fire for too long - some types of sausages may burst.

Lubricate the tomato with mayonnaise, the sausage with tomato sauce and mustard. Use mustard according to your taste, I used sweet and not spicy.
