Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare honeysuckle tart you will need the following ingredients: eggs, sugar, salt, cold water, wheat flour, butter, honeysuckle berries, sour cream, powdered sugar.
STEP 2
Making shortbread dough. Mix flour with salt and sift.
STEP 3
Add diced butter to the flour.
STEP 4
Grind everything until you get crumbs.
STEP 5
Add sugar and mix.
STEP 6
Beat the egg with cold water until smooth.
STEP 7
Pour the beaten egg into the butter crumbs and mix.
STEP 8
Quickly knead the soft, buttery dough. Place it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 9
Grease a baking dish (mine with a diameter of 22 cm) with butter. Place the dough in the mold and use your hands to form a crust with sides of 3-4 cm.
STEP 10
To prevent the dough from puffing up during baking, place parchment paper on the crust and add dry beans or peas.
STEP 11
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 12
While the crust is baking, make the filling. Combine honeysuckle berries and sour cream in a blender and beat.
STEP 13
Add sugar and eggs to the resulting mass.
STEP 14
Beat well again. The filling is ready.
STEP 15
Pour the filling onto the baked crust and put it back in the oven.
STEP 16
Bake the tart at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
STEP 17
Cool the finished pie completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
