Honeysuckle Pie

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I'll tell you about my changes in ingredients. Instead of butter, use animal fat. Honeysuckle was in the form of jam. Baking powder instead of baking soda.
STEP 2
Lightly beat the eggs until smooth. Then I added sugar and whisked further until it formed a thick foam. Minutes 3. Added melted (soft) fat to the mass. Whipped it.
STEP 3
Added cottage cheese and continued beating until smooth. I set it aside while I sorted out the flour.
STEP 4
Sifted the flour along with the baking powder. I added the curd mass and started kneading the dough.
STEP 5
The dough turned out very pleasant - elastic, soft. Placed it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, as directed in the recipe.
STEP 6
I took the dough out of the refrigerator. Divided into 2 parts - for 2 cakes. Just a gorgeous cut - full of bubbles.
STEP 7
I rolled out one part into a pancake, about 0.7-1.0 cm thick. I spread it with honeysuckle jam. I rolled out the second part of the dough into a pancake of the same thickness.
STEP 8
Covered the filling with a second pancake. I sealed the edges well so that the jam would not leak out. For presentation))) sprinkled with sugar and sesame seeds.

This is what happened after 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
