Our family values ​​marinades, so I try to marinate any meat. I decided to cook chicken drumsticks, and first placed them in a honey marinade for chicken. For this I used liquid flower honey. I used a little more soy sauce, and I used homemade mustard of medium spiciness. I liked the idea of ​​cutting the garlic into slices and then removing them. Indeed, the aroma remained and permeated the meat. I marinated the drumsticks in a bag so that the sauce would stick more closely to the meat. Then I fried it in a slow cooker, followed by stewing. The chicken soaked in this fragrant marinade turned out very tasty, golden brown, with a subtle taste of honey.
