    Beat eggs with sugar and honey 160g. Add the butter cut into pieces and place in a water bath.

    Remove from heat and add flour. Knead the dough until the mass is smooth. Cool and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 5 equal parts.

    Lubricate the rolling pin with vegetable oil, roll out the cakes to a thickness of 2-3mm, with a diameter of approximately 20cm. and place it on parchment.
